78 degrees here in the mountains - HOT for here - my buddy called from coonass land and said at 10:30 am it was 101 with 97% humidity! Ain’t never coming down from this mountain valley

Made it to just over 115 yesterday, todays expected to be about two degrees higher, even now at 4 in the am we are already pushing 90. here a shot of my indoor outdoor thermometer from 4 yesterday afternoon. Was going to post it then, but couldn't log in here site was not working on my Mac:

yes, especially after the wet winter we have had, And right now we also have a good breeze to go with the heat

yea, supposed to be down almost 10 degrees cooler today. still over 100, but 107 is way better than 117 - - - - and as the week goes on its expected to get a few degrees cooler. For me anything under 110 is okay. dont know why, but once we pas that 110 it makes a big difference

well, when you've lived in it as long as I have you adapt - for me anything below about 70 is cold we keep the AC set to 78 or 79 - its all a matter of what you are used to. I would bet you deal with cold much better than I would.

4:13 am and 81 degrees outside. should be perfect weather for my ride to go to my wife's farmers market this morning. we have been staying at a resort down valley on a little staycation with the grandkids and riding back n. fourth to that it was 108 to 111 - improved my farmers tan I suspect - we will be headed Back here Sunday afternoon
