What do you mean side mounted?
Sent from my iPad using Polaris Slingshot Info
Mounted to the side of the roll hops, rather than on top... That way they'd stick out less... Look almost like plane turbines...

Beautiful pics @gpcustoms, a great, well deserved trip for a great cause! Keep them coming, enjoying the scenery with you
Visited Devils Tower today and ran across a short foul mouthed little greenish dude named Paul
^^^^You are making some tracks! Can't believe you are there already. Some fun two lane roads at fast speeds in the area.
I am very surprised of all the wonderful off the interstate roads out here. Safe as long as you top off the tank at each opportunity

Very little enjoyment pounding the interstate, back roads are quieter, scenic and fun. I only take interstates to get between points fast. Enjoy the ride!

The road out to the devils tower is a blast enjoyed that thoroughly.
Stay safe brother. See you in 14 days
Looks like the ride of a lifetime - Enjoy and stay safe
@gpcustoms I didn't see it on your route and don't know your schedule but not being far from Spearfish Canyon you have a great opportunity to make a run through a very beautiful canyon with towering rocks formations and pines before you head towards Mount Rushmore. Spearfish Canyon runs between Cheyenne Crossings and Spearfish if you are interested, worth the ride IMO.
Mark. @gpcustoms. Looks like 90% chance of rain in the Denver area on Thursday. And more on Friday. No looking like Pikes Peak run on the 18th. It'll be snow up there. I know you'll be heading down to Durango for the weekend so maybe we can meet up closer to your sisters place.
Hey Johnathan.
Yeah there is a lot of rain dancing in the forecast. Have been darting in and out of snow and rain for a few days now.
I sure hope I get to shake your hand young man. A true gentleman and friend to all my friend
Getting labs done in Durango as soon as I arrive so think happy thoughts young Jedi!!

Enjoyed Spearfish this morning @ 14. A little detour but an amazing drive. Your sooooo lucky to enjoy these roads so close to home.
Early about 5am kicking routes around in the casino restaurant. Rain seems to have gone by, moisture not gone altogether but that cell may have opened up a window Im jumping on. Mount Rushmore will be an early visit like Yellowstone(cold). But with the opportunity comes a chance to get to Fort Collins today as well and perhaps Durango Tuesday without a cold shower along the way, Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!
First car wash along the way Im blasting the bugs off my rims!!!!!!!!!

Chased by rain, rain, rain

Mark, did you visit the back side?
Thumbs up for the awesome pics....not the rain. Be careful out there buddy!
Made it to Fort Collins and have an early o-dark30 window to get into Durango before the rain once again.
Looking forwards to getting some sleep and maintenance done before I go to Mesa Verde and then out to Kansas.
Have sure met a lot of interesting and good people along the way
