Where Did You Take Your Slingshot Today?

Chomping at the bit! Tick-tock tick-tock !😎
I can't believe you are going to Zion and not going another 75 miles to Bryce Canyon! If you haven't been there you have no idea what you are missing.
-
Whenever I drink Corona I always get partly cloudy.

Then you are forgiven. It's definitely one not to be missed

Heck, I can't believe he's not going to a Corner in Winslow, Arizona! (I've been there!) (But in a truck.)

Would be “such a fine sight to see “!
-
That would require getting out of the sling and standing.
There is a statue on that corner to stand by.

Just to town and back, had to run a few errands. Was 57 this morning when I left, a bit nippy, but a jacket solved that. Before I got home, had to take it off, was nearing 70
-
Temp today got to 52 degrees so we got out for a short ride. A bit nippy but we enjoyed just being out for a change.
-
All cleaned up and ready to go !
-
A little ride around town and lunch. 70 degrees right now, it was 41 this morning when I went to drink coffee with my friends

New tires, New fluids, gas full, cleaned and polished --- Cold out side today and next few days so it's time to take a nap getting ready for the Kerrville, TX rally.
-
Did about 500 miles in the SS yesterday. 180 miles from Georgetown to Houston, ~150 miles around Houston and Galveston with the Sling Experience GTG, then 180 miles back to Austin that night.
110+ Slingshots in a single caravan on Houston freeways is a DANGEROUS thing. I need both a new rear tire from flooring it to catch up and new front brakes from slamming on them to slow down.
And my face is red from sun/wind burn.
-
But was it fun? That was a pretty good turnout.
-
I did get out on Saturday for a short time and ride. ---- FUN any time you can get out for a mile or more it's FUN.

Oh, it was a BLAST. But a little dangerous on the freeway. TWICE I had people just come over on me. One was a old beater Corolla driven by a teenager who couldn't/wouldn't understand why I wasn't letting him into our line. Second was a maroon pickup truck driven by a woman who just completely came over on me. Luckily I had room in the lane next to me. I'm sure some people here had cameras to record both.
Oh, and pics of myself to prove I was there, in case anyone wants to know what I look like:
