If you can find someone in your area with a CNC plasma or water-jet table, that would eliminate the cutting, so you would only have to deal with bending and welding. Even if you had to pay for cutting, the cut consistency and savings on time and material might be worth it, even on small production runs.

No bending just straight cut and forty fives, except for the roll bar plates. They take more time than anything else and the detail with the rolled edges. Then just drill and tap what is needed. The last 11 sets were cut out on a plasma table.
