SLINGSHOTS IN THE ROCKIES,July12-16

I think it started a couple days earlier at the autocross where I gobbled my first two cones and felt that rush. Then when I saw the row of cones on the side of the road while driving up the hill climb I just couldn't help myself. I'm not sure how I made it through those construction zones on the way back home.
-
We definitely passed alot of cones

Omg. So many cones to gobble!!! I bet I could double my current record on that course. I cannot wait until the Rockies next year but I think I need to put a cattle guard on the front first.

I really like that. Who does that belong to? I can have them make one for me or maybe buy the parts they took off to repair mine.

Here is the run that ended my day and prevented a second run for my girlfriend. Damn cones got in my way.
I'm glad you did not hit the guard rail! you get the bike all back together? and are you going to try this again?

I'm still researching replacement parts online. I found another bent bracket on the front last night during my first major inspection since I returned home from Co. Since the team at Welter used bulletproof zip ties on the repair job I'm still able to drive it any chance I get. I do intend on coming back next year and running the course again!! Although I think I'll let Kasey do her run first just in case I get a little crazy again.

Here is my first run
Wow that was much fun for me I couldn't imagine what a blast it was for you. Awesome video not ruined by talking like most people who post on YouTube.

hey, question....
Does anyone have an update on Otter and his quad?
-
Yes. He has been hard at work getting the machine driveable. Sent him some parts and heard it was running again.
Hopefully he can drive it back to FL when the time comes. -
A few pics the wifey took on various rides.
