I assume and hope the pic is part of a joke/gag! Since the Slingshot is a two-seater, why do three guys appear to be handcuffed?

That's a Mod I just know I can't afford
Yes I could, if I would look like that
and not like this;

That's a Mod I just know I can't afford
It's relatively EASY to afford one of these. The expensive part is the constant loud noises and maintenance that kills you

I heard they had small engine repair classes in the jail for skill building...

Back home and kinda caught up on work so I can now type a little on the sc kit.
As with any centrifugal sc unit I knew we would loose some HP at elevation. I lost 4lbs of boost while in the mountains of Colorado. How much Hp that equates to im not 100% sure. Drive-ability was great! The tune felt very very good and she had no detonation or hiccups. I lead a ride up through Independence pass up to 12,500 feet and she performed flawless.
@Jonathan Thompson took the machine out as well as a few other people to get a first hand feel. The power level of this machine is 300 at the wheels down here in Wi. last year I had our turbo sling up the same pass on the same twisty roads.
The turbo and SC is two complete different animals. last year I scared myself on a few corners when the turbo kicked in and I started to get sideways. This year with the linear power of the SC I had no issues around corners. So in the end my conclusion is:
Tight small track, tight twisty roads SC kit = winner
Large road course higher speeds with longer straights, and not so tight of corners, drag racing street or strip, light to light turbo kit = winner

I agree 100%. The raw power of the turbo (I drove both back to back) is great for folks who want that power. But I liked the power band on the SC because what I'm wanting is same feel as stock but with the right amount of power and I preferred the consistent power gain of the SC vs the throw you back in your seat of the turbo. I also learned if you want big power start with he turbo and go from there. Is you want your SS to feel like a better version of stock I preferred the SC setup.
**disclaimer: I am not a motorhead. I tend to put intake and exhaust on my toys and usually go for the sound factor over the speed factor. So I'll be saving up for a SC between college tuition payments for the kids.
