Oh, it was spelled correctly in the drop down menu, but when I checked it after I hit "submit," that's what was on the screen. Weird.

Yea,,,, its an error that I caused when I changed it.. I will fix it tomorrow and I think i can space the word preparation out and correct the spelling on it. I will do that tomorrow when I get up... I am afraid ill make a typing mistake tonight and it would make things worse... I have been up over 24 hours... I am headed to bed .

Best. Decision. Ever.
3 nights a week, I don't have to think about what's for dinner. I have exactly the ingredients I need, without waste. I get to try new food, learn to cook in the process and best of all, the meals are fantastic!

I love bacon. It's just the best thing ever. I like my bacon thick and not cooked to death. I call it floppy bacon. ( @Tripod No funny comments) My wife likes bacon cooked to death and hard. ( @Tripod I know it's killing you now to not say anything)
Seriously just saying bacon is like saying the word Panties. I can't say either word without smiling.

I didn't think bacon could get better and then I went somewhere and they had Candied Bacon. And it had a small portion of the fat still attached. Yall just don't know how excited I was.
That day was almost as good as when my daughter was born.

Here is a picture of a small piece of bacon that is just like the bacon I was eating..... Its really thick and about 1/2 of the thickness is just soft fat deliciousness ...

My favorite lunch spot does a burger of the month.
This month is "The Beast".
1/2lb Angus Patty topped with BBQ Pulled Pork, Bacon Aioli, Candied Bacon and Beer Cheese on a Briosche bun with a side of tots.
