This install is not for the faint of heart. Cutting of the dash is involved and some creative mounting methods. Would be glad to walk you through it.
I didn't know you were the one that installed that double din cover. There is a lot of dash that has to be removed. It's definitely a "all in" install.
Think I was the first person to try this method of install. A few others have mounted where it sits on top of the dash and IMHO it looks unfinished.
Yes, all in install is right. Most people that have seen it thought it was a factory installation. Makes it worth it at that point.
Ok, this weekend I will do a DIY for the double din mount. Do you need wiring instructions as well? If you were closer we could do a wrench weekend and knock out your stereo.

Dude , you are technically 3 hours away i can come there ... but the thing is this weekend its raining i dont know if i can make it ... so lets start with the instructions and if i really need help ill stop by your area ..

Ok. Directions first and if it seems like too much just come this way when weather is permitting. We have a great family here that likes to get together and ride/wrench Slingshots.
