I have the stock tires and rims for sale if anyone is interested send me a message . 600.00 for all 3 . I'm near Morris Illinois.
It is a fun vehicle to drive. But after much deliberation I have decided to sell the sling. You all have fun I'll be checking in now and then. Maybe in the near future when I retire and have more time to enjoy it I'll have one again.
I would buy one
Try poor boys wax. Can be applied in the sun and doesn't leave a white film on rubber or plastics
I've seen some up for sale in the mid twenties. Don't know of anyone getting what they asked for.
I just called my dealer for my angle drive leak. He said he's seen a few recently with this issue. I have to drop mine off on the 7th no time frame on duration for repairs.
That looks sweet.
I know the feeling. I am not able to go to the smokies because I'm on duty that week
Does anyone know how many cubic feet he SSV subwoofer elcosure is ?
My dealer said there is a bulletin out on this.
Is there a bulletin number on this fix ?
I am running the Stoptech rotors. And you can not run the Brembo pads with those rotors. The pads are so large they hit the center piece. I run the O'Reilly ceramic pads. That is my brake rotor in the picture above. I am pleased with the braking performance that I have. I do want to get a master cylinder brace from alpha at Maggie Valley. I think that would be the icing on my cake.
rabtech what model car are the rotors from ?
You don't have to steal from the dark side. What do you need to know.
What part number are the brembos you installed ?
I was reading the dark side and saw it was a 1998 to a 2002 Honda Accord
The stock pads are very dusty I want to upgrade them. First I need to know what car are the pads from ?
What tires did you get with this price? They really set the Sling off. Nice choice.
Tires are made by Lexani.
bro did you do a price comparison on the wheels and rim ?? i know joker from other forum (i.e. envy motor) that have good quotes on wheels and tires ??
hows the handling of the wheels ... on full turn of steering is you wheels touching the body ??
No price comparison for what I payed locally I think it was fair price
Handling is smoother than stock tires.
No rubbing of tires
Rohanna makes their wheels in specific offsets and sizes. Some will fit perfect and some have to be made to fit with spacers/grinding etc... Are you using the RC7? Think that is one of the few wheels they have in our bolt pattern with a +42 for the front and a +45 for the rear.
The factory front wheels are not hub-centric and are lug-centric.
they are the RF1 series. I don't know about all the other technical stuff.
