Outstanding! Would still love one with red stitching

Rgr that Ross. Took the last red stitched boot and sat it down with a silver handle for you. Take your time to decide but that pile of parts has your name on it.
That leaves me with one silver handle and several boots with black stitching,...LOL, last time it was red stitching

@gpcustoms.....just have to tell you this, I'm sure you'll appreciate it.....
When I found out I won the awesome raffle drawing last night, my wife wanted to know what all was included. I started describing the interior upgrades, and she quickly cut me off, saying "Wait just a minute!! I'm telling you right now that if they think they are replacing that emergency brake handle and boot.....it ain't happening!!! You tell them they are not to touch that!!! The guy that made that did an awesome job, and it's the best thing you've put on the Sling Shot!!!! I love that thing!!!"
She was very adamant about making sure you're handy work will not be touched, and that everything else that goes into the Sling Shot has to match your E-Brake boot!!!
And she just got done reiterating all this while I was trying to type..........I'm guessing she likes your work Brother.....just a guess tho

Well tell her congratulations as well and I am touched. I am just glad the prize went to a great couple and you will be styling in more ways than one. Look forward to seeing the 2.0 version of the ride soon young Jedi
Pictures will be expected upon the remodel
Best regards
Mark
Installed finally today. Took 25 mins going slow with photos
So glad i read about pulling the cover to flop over the retaining ring. I pulled the handle down until it slighly had a bump and it would not slide further. Does it look all the way on?
Someone asked about the shifter boot to match. This is the cycle springs shift boot shown in last two pictures
Definitely remove the rubber floor plate first. That way you can make sure the cover slides down on both sides without bunching or catching.
Then pop the rubber for plate back
Cleuless it looks all the way on
Best how to directions with photos to date. So simple a cave man could follow,..or in my case my twin
Hope you like it young Jedi
Katlyn asked why you haven't called. Lol
Inside joke for the others
Display MoreWell round 4 is done as of last Friday and I feel human once again
Now the thanks to you gals and guys for all the good cheer and support for my efforts here and on a personal level
Will have several weeks before the BMT in October so I have begun work on a few interesting projects for myself but will be assembling some additional E-brake kits as well as a Carbon Fiber fresh air system(3"). The same process for the air kit will be employed as the E-brakes and will be for cost plus a donation.
As before this will be a not for profit deal and when I hit the road upon completion of the engraftment process this will come to an end.
Since I now have shirts the donation system will scale on how much for additional swag.
So you will get some arm bands as well as the shirt and bag depending on the donation level. Nothing crazy but there will still be $20 for the E-brake but the Carbon fresh air will be adjusted to $40 minimum donation. For extra swag I am thinking anything over $50 to St.Jude will get the bag and shirts on top of the arm bands that glow in the dark.
The goal is to provide you with a very cool and functional plug and play system for under $200 plus your donation of choice.
I will post some photos as soon as I have mine installed and I am satisfied with its finish and have tinkered on it. Each system will be mounted, adjusted on mine before its shipped.
Now there will be a period of time from October 8th until I can come home later in November and continue the recovery that I will just not be able to build anything so keep that in mind when asking me your questions. I should have enough time however to make several of each so stay tuned
Thanks again for all the help with this fund raiser and we shall see you all on the roads very soon
Mark
With round 4 done, it's time for another donation. Can you post the link again?
I can do that:
Fundraise Your Way: Mark Brown - Events for St. Jude
Does the link at the bottom left of the posts that Says
Events for St.Jude Not work anymore
@gpcustoms. The link wasn't working from my phone, so thanks for reposting and congrats on round four. We are all routing for you and look forward to your lap of America.

Thank you for all the help and friendship gang. Its good to be part of this community even if some of you are,..well,...er,......you know,... Special
On a more somber note. Thank you Johnathan for that donation. As of the last time I checked you put us over the 6000.00 mark for funds raised for St.Jude.
My sincere thanks to all of you.

Version 3.0 has new silicone connectors as well as a new silicone cobra head which looks great does make minor contact with the hood skeleton.
Front support moved to another location to allow more adjustability for air box entrances and keep the assembly off anything that would rub the bullsitium finish. Used a 3" carbon fiber 90 and removed another connector for that Im straight out of traffic court look
On another note I just added two more black handles to the E-brake parts so first come first served

Wow!!! Such nice work @gpcustoms!!! It kind of falls into the "work of Art" category for me!!!!!

I want one of each, CAI and E-brake. Let me know when they are available. I'll get both but don't need the filter. Already using my dragon filter and like the looks of that. Great work @gpcustoms
