And I will NEVER be happy buying Chinese cheap crap. From Sears of anybody else. Corporate greed will kill them in the end.

I agree with @Ross as long as it's a good dealer with a history of standing behind their sales. Flipside is that if you install yourself you have a better understanding of them and can tinker. There have been polls and it seems that about 50% are happy with them and have no problems, not really a good percentage but at least it shows they can look and work properly.
Well, if my toilet only worked 50% of the time, I would definitely stop eating beans and Chinese food! :>)
And if the ailerons of a rented Cessna 152 only worked half the time, well........ -
I refused to give up on my Corbins so I pulled up a chair and opened the things and simply studied them for a minute, I came up with a simple fix for them from opening and that is to just drill a hole in the top latch plate, screw in an eye bolt, do the same for the inside face of the door and use a 6 inch bungie with ball on the end. Works fine. When you open the door you will have to reach in and unhook the cord...minor inconvenience but will keep your stuff secure if the lock fails. No sense using them just for looks as I've been doing...now they are functional and provides additional space for my adult beverages...uh other stuff!!
