With the manufacturers guidance and science backing the likely hood of success. He then assured the Vaccine makers of the US Governments full backing. Removing the monetary liability loss from the manufacturers process and paving the way to a short order of millions of vaccines saving millions of lives.
Remember how everyone said a vaccine by the end of 2021 was impossible. Thank you President Trump you are an American hero!
