For some reason most people don't realize everyone pays a portion of their pay check into Medicare. I have been paying into Medicare for 41 years. Now that I'm about to receive the benefits of what I have payed all these years the democratic party wants to give it to everyone, open up the boarders and yes give it to people who have contributed nothing. Think about paying into a system for 41 years. Now everyone gets the same product for free. Then they will turn around and tax the very person additionally for their promised product which they should get for free in order to distribute to all. Socialism sucks!
Free is only free for those who don't contribute. All others will continue to bare the burden ten fold.

when you think about it medicare as it is right now is "medicare for all" pretty much "all" people get it when they reach age 65 - - and it works because working people pre pay for the benefits they will get when they have reached the predetermined age for benefits.
if they give healthcare that is roughly equal to what people on medicare get without those people pre paying for those benefits - it wont be medicare no matter what they call it
also most of the idiots calling for it probably dont even realize that you still have to pay a monthly premium for all but part A - - - even for people age 65 medicare is not "free" - - they take a monthly premium right off the top of your monthly social security - - - - that nice yearly mailer you get from Social Security telling you what to expect each month when you reach Social Security Retirement Age - - forget it - thats not what you are going to get - you will get that minus right around $150 each month for that "free" medical so you can go see your regular doctor

My question is... if She wants to get rid of private health care and have a "Medicare" for all program... will that cover everything at 100% or will there still be supplemental insurance that people will have to buy to cover the difference? Very confusing.

Another very big issue will be the quality of care and the overwhelming volume burden placed on the system. I can't imagine the flood of people entering this country (open boarders) when given free health care and education. Two of the largest costs will be dramatically increased. I didn't realize a premium is take from social security. That brings up another issue social security.
I wholly agree people entering this country work incredibly hard but at some point they will break down from that hard work. With this flood of people entering the country who will take care of them when they age? You can't expect them to just pack up and go back?
I am for a legal controlled acceptable process is only fair to the taxpayers that are being forced to give up their hard efforts. We work hard also and it's not too much to expect a process that doesn't degrade our way of life.
I am sure they will explain this or as another "great" wanna be said: "At this point what does it matter anyway">

As much as I wish it were not true I have to say that always telling the truth has not been a requirement of our political leaders for a very long time - - being a liar doesn't make Biden much different than any other option we have had for a very long time - - what sets Biden apart is that he doesn't know what he says isnt true - - he just doesn't remember anymore what things happened or what things he made up - - - its all run together in the haze of his onset dementia
