That a boy stay on the bright side of the power curve!
Darn it. You can't blame me for trying.

Can I get the abridged version of this thread? Am I still on top?
Nope
You have yet to blow a motor and starter at the same time
I hate to tell you guys this. But I never had a single hiccup with my Hahn running 10.2psi all day long for over 14,000 miles on my stock engine. NOT ONE ISSUE..... I ran it as hard as I could. Never changed head bolts or did a single thing to the engine but change the oil....
I bet that engine wasn't pushing more than 8.5 psi.... @Street Doc fill us in on that air cooled block you have.... What was the background on it.
Think there was already a thread about this @rabtech...
Gas, shifting error, not sure what else was discussed, by y'all and @Street Doc...

Nice try, he already spent his money on the air cooled engine. Doesn't have any left for the SC.

There is a thread about this. 90 octane pure gas instead of 93 and flooring it at about 65 mph without downshifting. No more than 9 PSI.

Ahhhh. Yes. The 90 octane got it...
I remember now. Sorry to hear about that one...
He looks like he is in a good spot now getting all beefed up parts... just need to keep her full of super duper unleaded.
This scares me a little...seeing as most places in Colorado don't have more then 91 octane...Guess I'll leave my Hahn kit set at the baby 6-7 lb set up...

The air is a lot thinner up there so less HP. I'm no more than 13 feet above sea level here.

True...most days I am just over 6400 ft...soooo I am hoping the lower boost does salvage the motor...but I am also wanting to up the boost to 9lbs, give or take, in the near future.
And don't overload the engine at lower RPMs
Putting the new engine in its new home.
Ahhhhhhhh Now we are talking....The Sprinkles have been added - NOW the POWER has been truly added!!
I've seen several installs posted on here, but it's totally different when it's yours! See you guys Saturday!
It looks so good..... and the engine also looks great!
Its Alive !!!
