When my late husband retired from UPS, some of the big wigs took us out for lunch. One of the younger ones asked if I was retiring as well. Don't know where it came from but I said, 'No, I'm a kept woman'. Still am - didn't have a 'career'.

I use Arch & Struct plans to produce concrete tiltwall/tiltup panel books. I detail plate locations and show them where to put inserts to attach the crane to so they can lift each panel into place. After about 20 years of working for others last month I decided to go out on my own. Have 0 work today, but if you build it they will come, if you don't take the risk you'll always make someone else rich and not yourself.

I help grow companies through sales enablement. I grew a $100 million company to an $8 billion company and left earlier this year, expecting to take some time off.But was given an opportunity to join a private equity company and jumped on it.Planning on growing this company from $900 million to $2 billion in the next 18 months.

Would you please assist Polaris with their parts supply chain?!

Lead Tool Designer at a prototype/limited production run sand cast foundry. Mostly aluminum, but also some iron, both gray and ductile. Over 21 years with this company, some slow down times but never been laid off. Also if slow, I can do setups, prototype machining, build fixtures, tool making. Keeps me (mostly) out of trouble.... and gives me tools and opportunity to build cool things for my toys on occasion. Like this cover on my handlebar bolts for the apes on my Harley Road King below....

Beautiful work @Goats_Hogs!

Thanks! Low resolution pic I had with me, it looks clean and crisp in person. I did intentionally leave the machining marks in the letters, it is slightly noticeable but adds character in my opinion!

I am just a dentist
A lady goes to a biker dentist. He examines her and says, "Looks like you're going to need a root canal."
She replies, "Oh my God! I think I'd rather be raped than get a root canal!" The dentist says, "Well make up your mind bitch, so I can adjust the chair!"
