I have noticed front fenders flapping a lot at higher speeds, so I looked under there where front bumper meets hood.
I took a drill and put a hole in thick plastic, used 2 zip ties, lower one to cut if I need to open hood which I rarely do, and now, no fender movement. I'll change out to black zip ties but even white ones are hard to see. Fenders are very solid sitting on mounts now, no more distractions with movement!

Wow! I can probably manage that! I hate meeting large trucks on two lane roads due to fender flap. Thanks for the great idea!!

Well, I may try the hood pins later, but I was cruising this morning between 80-90mph and for 1st time since I bought it, I could not see 1 bit of fender flex!
At 4:30 am there is nobody on the road so I really was watching fenders, I know Zip ties sound like a cheap fix, but they are working perfectly and using Black Zip ties they are nearly invisible. I have enough money spent where it needs to be, I will take this 10 cent fix for a change....
