I have the F4 tinted 5+ and the cover works, but it is a stretch. I did put the mirror extensions on and haven't tried the cover with them...may need to pull
them off for winter trailering.

I have the trailer cover and being on the road full-time, it has been used cross country and then some. With the plus 3 windshield, there was wear at the corners so I put microfiber between the windshield and cover now. I also use the cover off the trailer all the time in RV parks though I don't cinch it down. For the Across America trip, I bought a Rain-X car cover - dumb move and I should have just taken the trailering cover with me.

What a freaking day!!!! Long story, short...
@av8ingtom and I could only pick up one of the trailers today. He is getting a tool box for his, so it wasn't quite ready. It will be ready for pickup tomorrow.
As far as the trailer, everything looks rock solid. My only complaint...since the ramps are stored in racks underneath the trailer, they rattle at every little bump. Easily fixed by a couple of bungees I have lying around.
Tonight promises to be a busy one. I'm meeting up with @av8ingtom to begin installing the tiedown point on the one trailer. Truth be told, by myself, I would not be able to pull this install off in time for Florida if it were not for @av8ingtom. If you haven't met him, he's one of the good guys...for real. I am fortunate enough to have him and @KayTwo in close proximity. We know that we can call one another at a moments notice, and get results. That's what this forum is all about. That's what friendship is all about. That and chocolate chip cookies. Oh, and then there's beer. Never mind. -
Love it...yeah you're going to make it!

I thought you were going to be the cookie courier for @Nemesis1701
You still need to pick up the goodie bags for Florida. -
I think I'm suppose to pick them up on Wednesday. @sideseatdriver and @KayTwo are tackling the QA1 install tonight. I dare not interrupt that evolution for cookies.
@sideseatdriver Let me know what time to stop by for the goodie bags.
@KayTwo Stick with it! Those QA1s will go on the way we discussed earlier. Promise!

I have a very similar trailer, added the 6ft gate ramp. Also put a piece of plywood
at the front to slow down the road derbies. -
The trailer we had designed and built has (3) 7-foot ramps. Curious to see how they work out. Will be finding out later tonight.

@KayTwo and @sideseatdriver you are welcome to come over to my shop tonight if you would like. Plenty of light and heated. @V-SHOT and I will be there installing the mods on his new trailer..

Appreciate the invite, but we both have exams we have to finish before we can leave for Murphy. Plus the kids will be sleeping. Can't wait to see the results, though!

7 ft ramp should be perfect. With my 6 ft ramp I still need to jack up the front of the
trailer when hooked to SUV. You may want to do that even with the 7 ft ramp. -

Tomorrow late afternoon/early evening works for me, just tell me what works for you.
QA1s installed, with optest sat!

That trailer looks sweeeeeet ! ! !

Nice trailer buddy. If you want to seal the wood deck with something really nice get something called "DECK OVER" you can get it Home Depot. It is available in a textured finish. I did the floor of my trailer with it and the stuff is great easily washes clean. Holds up great. Just make sure you sand down the floor with 80 grit before the first coat.

Thank you @Nemesis1701. No TV in my shop. But we did bust ass to get his trailer done for his Florida trip. I purchased the same trailer and I sure learned a lot on the trailer for @V-SHOT. Not in a hurry to get mine done.

We may not have had TV, but the shared experience was great!! Yes, we learned a lot with positioning the hold-downs. A bit of a challenge, but we got it.
This is our setup...
Individual T/D points for each tire. Each tire will then get an additional T/D point to the frame, just as an additional measure. Looks like more rain today, so I just may wait to load the Sling till morning. Reviews to follow.
