So, we could get started with a CAI, new header, and variable exhaust then add the SC without having to change any of the three out?
If so, SOLD.

When Ronan was born two years ago he had a wrench in his hand within hours.
This is still at the hospital
I remember that pick and the Stroller Wing!!!! Wow time flies!!!

Yes and no. The CAI will not work with the SC kit. Teh SC kit will have a all new intake system that is included. The pipe routing and heat shield is different for the SC.
Oh man... The SC kit will work with the Welter Performance Dual Exhaust?!?! Nice!!! Can't wait for Slingshots in the Texas Hill Country!
And I guess a header is in order... Eventually... Oh these girls...
She's here!
Congrats,...Nothing like that new baby smell
And from what I see regarding the supercharger project, even I might be persuaded to the dark side

Yes it will
Congratulations on the new family member @Turbosling ! I'm happy for you guys. This SC is sounding pretty darn cool.
Congratulations @Turbosling. Welcome little one
Is a turbo or supercharger better at altitude. I asked the same question on another supercharger post but would like your opinion as well b

I would have to say turbo. A turbo will be less effected by altitude. The change in atmospheric pressure with an increase in altitude, a drop in boost pressure is common when operating in such cities as Denver.
A SC is belt/pulley driven and set. Cylinder pressure falls as you climb and go up in elevation so you will see a drop in psi with a sc. A turbo on the other hand is exhaust driven and regulated by a waste-gate to achieve a desired cylinder pressure. To compensate the loss in altitude with SC you would have to change the pulley size.
Happy Friday pics from engineering
Now use your imagination, if you wanted to color match/add color to your engine bay with the placement and size of our supercharger the housing can be power coated as well as the brackets!
Can they be dipped?
Can they be dipped?
yes they can be dipped. We have a SWEET purple that we can coat your kit in!
