    It's all ok now. It's kind of like speeding. We all do it. And when you meet a cop running radar we all hit the brakes and drive slower for a while. Then we look down and we're running 100 again.


    We all need reminding about the rules occasionally. Just have fun and if you see someone on the wrong side of the road just let someone know. I'll delete it or Kenny will.

    I was going to same the same thing. I am not going to single out anyone. I just scroll down the thread and put a check in the post I don't think are within a certain standard or following the rules. And when I get to the bottom I have a delete button. No big deal.

    I agree that it is not the acceptable norm but the point I was trying to make is "Where is the line between art and porn??" I agree that I would not display this type artwork in public view of women and children but that is a preference. Where is the cut off between nudity and pornography?? I think that it has pretty much been decided insertion is the breaking point for this forum and I have no problem with that. Always remember one persons opinion of an issue will not always represent another's or even the majority. Case and point - some think there should be a limit on the number of bullets that a magazine should be allowed to have? What is that number? 3, 10, 100?? Who should decide and does that make them right. Did not mean to offend @Thomas Sleight - I just have always been a fierce protector of the First Amendment as it is the foundation of a free society.     I could have made the line anywhere.,,,, Its not my personal view that insertion is worse that nipple piercings ... I just figured that I could keep most really offensive stuff from being posted if I made the cut off point at insertion..


    I obviously wouldn't let something like a cut up or abused body or something that was obviously too young to be legal stay on the forum either...


    That is kinda why I drew the line at insertion... Its pretty easy to make that determination also....

    And I can promise that none of y'all can show me ANY picture that would shock me... I have see it all... And that isn't something I am proud to say... As I have gotten older and have a daughter that is 17 it has changed the way I feel a little .


    I still consider myself to be a reallllllllly open minded person... Heck I had my version of "the talk" with my daughter when she was 13 or 14... And I knew she probably had all the info she needed already ... But there is never a bad time to tell them that they can't get UNFUCKED... And that EVERY BOY WILL LIE... AND I told her that I was fine with her taking any precautions that she wanted... I would gladly walk into a drug store and pick up refills of her birth control pills rather than diapers and formula.


    This may not sit well with everyone that reads it. I just believe in being real... and accepting that shit happens. And remember how it was to be a kid their age... I can guarantee I did everything I could in high school to get in every girls pants that I could...

    Jacobellis v. Ohio was a case from 1964 whereby the state found that a movie played in a theater was found obscene. The Supreme Court ultimately overturned that conviction. In subsequent rulings in 1973 Miller vs California the line was further blurred making something obscene in one locale and legal in another. Again, not trying to circumvent the rules of the forum - that is @rabtech absolute authority to decide. Still got that last little bit of lawyer "prick" in me I gotta get rid of.
