Robert, I told you that you should come down to Florida and chill out. It's a bit cooler today, but not bad if you dress for it

"MISERY LOVES COMPANY"!!!!
I found six holes in the liner had to let it bleed out until it was done to find the lowest one. The biggest hole was as big as a budweiser bottle cap ... hmmm? Anyway I was able to patch them all and looks like we will have a way to cool off on Father's Day. Yay!

@Slunglow - was you drinkin that strong shine in the pool?? If you spilled any it would smoke thru the water and melt the liner in a heartbeat

I'm hunting for the leaks as we speak. I'm losing about an inch a day.

No shit - over a weekend and I would have an innie instead of an outtie -

@Jonathan Thompson I had 6 cuts about the size of a quarter slot on a pinball machine and they were all about an inch above the floor on the wall. My pool is considerably smaller than yours... approx. 25,000 gallons and it was dropping close to 8" overnight just to give you an idea. Of course the deeper the leak is located the more flow it will have. If you have the time just let it leak down until it stops and that's where your leak is hopefully it's not the drain. Ugh!
Warning: If you let it drain down too far the liner will develop wrinkles in the floor. Don't ask me how I know. But hey I figure I'm gonna need a new liner anyway so whatever it takes to get it going until they can get to it.

By the way nice pool.
Is the track I see in the picture for a power solar cover ? Sahweeet I gotsta have me one of dem. -
I'm hunting for the leaks as we speak. I'm losing about an inch a day. After taking the cover off, my leaks were very easy to find. If you have steps, start there. We had two leaks there that under-mined the foundation. So much for the custom steps. Not only that, the track holding the liner at the bottom of each step landing broke loose and caused more damage.
Too much damage to try to patch. Now we need a new liner and we have to have the steps re-poured. Thinking of starting a Go-Fund Me Page!!!! -
That little hole! Nothing to it. I have a pool vulcanizing kit here at my house and I don't even have a pool! If the liner is in good condition (meaning that is still pliable and rubbery feeling ) it will take a hot patch..

That's a pic of the smallest hole. I have actual "material separation" in some areas as explained by pool people. I call it a rip!!! The liner on the steps is so far gone, I would need material from the Goodyear Blimp to fix it. A hot patch would look more like a bonfire in my pool!
The company that installed the pool is out of business and is still in the court system answering to all the complaints from their former customers. -

Beautiful compass inlay for what it's worth. Good Luck. Look at the bright side you're gonna be in the Sling more than you would have been.
