@MACAWS you have the shortest frame size right? do you think the 70" one would work better/worse?
No I am using the 500SLX - that is the longest frame size
I made the pads because it give you more surface area and a little more stability on the sling, rather than using the rubber blocks on the round frame tubes -

Thanks Mitch. I got the discount. My lift should be delivered on Friday. Really looking forward to getting my Sling off the ground for some good cleaning, and Transmission Fluid change. I purchased the 5000SLX model.

So yours is the one with the 70" frame(60" mount points), they have one that is 75" frame (66" mount point) for basically the same $.
I won't be near my sling before the sale ends so i can't measure myself, could you please check if the extra 5" would hinder the lift operation on a slingshot in anyway.

I have been using mine for about a year with no issues. using the pads I made make it easier to move the jack further to the outside of the sling. -

My fear with the extended version is the lifting rails stick to far out the front and damage the lower radiator support or front spoiler, or they stick to far out the back and hit the swing arm. Not saying it will happen, but I have seen @MACAWS lift in person and the Sling fits like a glove on his 5000SLX. THE 3500 pound lift has lift rails that are to short to safely pick up the Sling.

I have 2 full size vans and a extended cab full-size pickup....which lift would work with all these and the SS?
