Trying to be Hercules I have broken a couple of the buckles on my full cover. As one buckle is sewn in I have to get the proper male end or I will end up having my wife do some sewing. My Polaris dealer cannot find a catalog number for this part but is still looking into it. I found National Molding in Miami Lakes Florida who makes them but cannot figure how to order them online as their online
store doesn't list them even though the online catalog does. Does anyone know if a retailer sells these.

Try a boat canvas shop
I bet they can find it or steer you in the right direction -
I have broken the cheap plastic buckles also. This is a quick easy repair that works great.

Thanks @Bill Martin I almost got excited when I say the removable pin. However the female end is "permanently attached to the cover and the other buckle is tightened from both sides. That one I did get from a back packing store and have broken it and replaced it several times. I just got an email from National Molding so I am going to place an order. Any fabric supply place will carry them. Jo Ann fabrics or even hobby lobby will have them on their shelfs.

They make both female and male buckles. I just cut the plastic buckle off attached to cover and replaced both. For $10 and 5 minute repair that has held up better than what came with it ya can't go wrong.

Thanks, @Bill Martin! I recently bought a buckle in the fabric department at WalMart - it was the right size but the buckle was a slightly different shape so wouldn't work.
