I am probably one of the only people in the world that does not use Facebook, but I would be more than happy to leave a positive review elsewhere.
@Ruptured Duck, I think you're just gonna have to copy and paste, man.
But the good thing is, you can add what you want, since he'll never see it!

No facebook for me!

I have a facebook account, but only for the entertainment factor.
I have come to the conclusion that our education system has started teaching how to be the biggest moronic dumbasses ever
And the students are all graduating at the top of their class.
And the colleges are teaching advanced dumbass classes as extra credit and they must be packed.
So disappointed in the state of our youth. -
OK... sorry about the Facebook suggestion. Tina should now have it working or will early in the morning. It will allow you to place comments (good or bad) from our website.
Just know that FB and Instagram are the other marketing methods we do employ. In today's world you have to do it. -
Nope, no Facebook. I will have a very positive review for the website.

Ok... Guess I'll post here as a development update. At this time I have successfully installed an F4 plus 5 windshield with the sport top. Hope to have it all worked out for Maggie Valley. It's comes down to a little change in mounting orientation and top placement. I took delivery of an F4 +5 from them this week. It appears they have made changes that allow this to happen easier. I will contact them on Monday to confirm.

Hi, Patrick. Is this a simple retrofit for an early adopter of your sport top?
*Just for anyone following this thread thinking about buying you Sport Top, I purchased it because it appeared easy to use and remove to suite my current need. Well, I got it as SSIS '17 when you introduced it, and have never taken it off! I love the cover and I love the look it gives the Sling. It's a great top.

It appears that the F4's have changed a little but again will confirm tomorrow. What this indicates that I can re-write the instruction sheets to explain how to adjust the top to work with the taller F4 windshields.
as the images show the top does clear and works both in the tall setting and low setting. I will make the suggestion to add three 1/6" thick spacer washers under the mounting points of the windshield. This does not change the function or look of the W/S but does gain a 1/6" - 1/8" additional clearance between the top frame, fabric as it tilts past the W/S. -

So here is the lowdown on F4 and the fitment of the +3 and +5.... The issues I ran into regarding fitment of the top and their windshields was due to the first production versions. The first 6 months of production had the flip at the top as well as being wider at the edges with a slight roll out. F4 found that there was too much distortion at the point the roll out and flip started and changed their design. Don told me they (F4) are very concerned about the quality of their products and the distortions were not acceptable so were reworked.
I will be updating instructions with adjustments that are required to use the +3 and +5. I will have to make note the older flip design will not work.
