I think it should be called always wet. Anyway last night I found a company that makes vinyl table clothes. Don't laugh. They are flannel lined so as not to scratch the paint. I can get one roughly 8 x 12. Which covers most of the SS if you put the 12 from the side on the ground over the roof and back to the ground. That's approx 12 feet. Then the 8 feet will cover the rear end and half way down the hood. Then I'll use my always wet to cover that Sounds like a plan.
Woke up 6AM from the perimeter alarm chirping...before I could get out of bed it went off full blown...it's raining and I have the NEVER WET cover on it...I'm guessing the weight of the water on the cover or water getting into the vehicle is what's making it go off....I have to get a cover to shed the rain better than the "NEVER WET" barely good enough to be a furniture dust cover in my living room ... R.O.T.F.L.M.A.O.
I ordered me a miata car cover from coveranything.com does a real good job of keeping rain off.
Which cover did you buy?

the cheaper weather fit like $80.00. it works good for me.
I made up my mind....
I'm going to rearrange and clean out my garage so I can get it in there....what a Novel idea. ...using a garage for a vehicle instead of junk..
I use a Budge #2 cover and it even fits over my Twist Dynamics Top.
Love the 2. Fits great. Use in garage.

Update to this story...
The garage is somewhat clean but not enough yet to get it in....and to keep my never wet cover from constantly blowing off I have resorted to this...
The taillight wrap helped the most
I forgot to mention I have a plastic tarp under the cover over the cockpit...
To answer your question about the Polaris trailer cover it is very waterproof. I live in a condo complex with no garage and cover mine with the trailer cover when I’m not driving. 2.5 years later it is still waterproof and no tears. It’s one thing from Polaris that is made well. Only issue is that it is a tight fitting cover and with my F4+3 windshield and Baker Air Wings I’m at the limit of how far I can stretch it. Its a great cover if you don’t have a roof or big spoiler.

I bought the heavy duty hauling cover that was like 300 bucks. it worked great the first year since I was parked outside, snow, sleet, rain, hail, tornados, heat wave, dust storms and all the other crap Oklahoma dumps on us. But now since I got a top it is useless.
Kind of like trying to wear a pair of 34w jeans on a 44w waist... they just not gonna fit that ass!
But, somebody out there has a 34w waist...
Sell the cover.
Based on the number of cases where guys I see with Dunlop's disease, I'd say there's a lot of guys with a 44" waist wearing 34" waist jeans!
the cover max cover amazon will cover ss with TD top and still coverrear wheel. Shed some water and dust, but not for towing. Still best cover for the buck. IMO
Just Sayin
Is not the official dust cover for the SS with Slingshade not an option? The dealer gave me that as a part of my sale but I haven't put it on yet.
This is what I am talking about. Works well.

real nice with F4 +5, gen 1 Stinger roof, corbin bags, and medium SSO rear spoiler

This is just me, but I would never put any kind of sticker on the body of any vehicle.

you'll find that many owners have so that they can make the Slingshot in their own style ... you'll even find that Polaris has added some

Stock decals are fine. But custom ones? Getting it off will be difficult.
