So I have a 18 SLR SE with headers, cat delete and R and D rear exhaust and a pedal commander. I have the factory “ cold air intake” that comes with the SLR SE. my question is if I go with the twist dynamics “ cold air intake “ with I gain anything besides it looking cool?

Not really, but it does sound better when you get on it.
If you want some real performance gains, get Bob's tune (mefiburn.com, $100 off if you mention the forums) or a step up is a turbo or supercharger.

When you go WOT (wide open throttle) you get much deeper sound out of the motor.
Hard to explain, but all vehicles do this with a cold air intake

the stock SLR intake is basically the same as those aftermarket ones in terms of looks and any performance. You are not going to get anything except for diff aesthetics
