Used to do asphalt parking lots back when I was a teenager, working with my dad. The best speed bumps are the ones that are really wide, like a raised sidewalk. Those will slow down cards because if you don't you will launch like a jump. When you have these small bump ones, best is to drive FASTER over them.
Don't remember the YouTuber's name, but there's a guy with a stripped Mercedes (doors and body panels removed) who uses multiple cameras as he drives various roads. He has at least one video focused on different types of speed bumps at different speeds.
Just after I posted my comment, I looked up and realized the speed bump video was on the screen after the video with the multiple speed bumps!
Question of the day. Why are manhole covers round?
So they can't be dropped into the hole. I think that if manholes were equilaterally-shaped triangles they also wouldn't be able to fit thru the holes but any rectangular or square shape can be positioned so that it drops thru the hole.
BKL Winner. Yes they are the only shape that won't pass through their own hole. This question was asked to my friend when he was trying to get into a Nave officer program and go to college in NC.
Did a similar thing on a plastic bumper just like that with a hot air gun. little bit of heat, pressure from the back side, and it popped out even easier than this guy showed.
I have to fess up. I was running a little late when I got a call that my new DDM forged engine arrived and I needed to be there to sign for the delivery.
Traffic was light but I was still 10 minutes away. I knew the driver wasn't going to wait forever for me to show up. So I did what ANY one of us would have done - got there as quickly as I could.
Who would have known that I was going to be caught on camera?
