So @rabtech when are you going to spill the beans as to the mods that you did(new turbo etc) ?

I will @Ross.... I am having a ball with the new power band. You know how turbos spool up quick and give the driver the rush of power and kinda piss out on the top side. Well my power is now more of a mid and upper RPM beast. The larger diameter turbo takes a little more exhaust to get it spooling but once it is going you better be pointed in the general direction you want to go towards.
It still a handful to drive down in the 2000rpm range but nothing like 3000 to 3500rpm... hold on and steer it!

Display MoreThier are several slingshots here in Panama City. I have been giving my new turbo hell. It has to be the strongest my Slingshot has ever been. I turned on the side street that runs from front beach to Walmart and in 3rd gear i spun nearly 1/2 the distance of the length of that road.
I can instantly command the rear tire to lite up in 1st and 2nd. I mean instantly. And in 4th once it reaches 3500rpm it breaks loose. It has a Michelin Pilot Sport A/S on the rear and it has the highest pitch scream when it spins.
The larger turbo has moved my power a little higher in the RPM band and i couldnt be happier with it now. And now when you mash the gas it whistles like a big turbo should.
BIG SHOUTOUT TO @Dave@DDMWorks and @Jeff@DDMWorks for keeping the wraps on my new build. Everytime I think it cant get better they surprise me and make it even faster and stronger. I dont usually brag on vendors because of my position with the forum. I try to just stay kinda neutral. But I have to give DDMWorks a shout out for this latest insane creation. For you members that think they only do superchargers you need to try to talk them into building a turbo setup if you really want big time power. They have used me as a learning surface and i can tell you they really really know how to make a giant SHIT TON of crazy power with turbochargers. Its so awesome that even @allison smiles ocasionally when the rear tire lites up and it feels like your driving on a frozen pond..... She has learned what most things are on it and sometimes i can overhear her talking to people that stop and ask questions. Thier is nothing sexier than a beautiful woman using words like Wiesco pistons, 85psi injectors, Haltech computer, 18 pounds of boost and completely built forged engine...
Man i just turned myself on..... Gotta go. Cold shower calling my name.....

Not gonna make it to Panama this time.
My birthday is this Sunday and I am having a party at the house this Saturday. 
I have a good friend that lives in Alabama that is in Florida for the weekend that I invited, but he says it is too far of a drive. Maybe I need to change my address to 119 Hwy 183, Piedmont, SC....he doesn't seem to have a problem driving there all the time. 
Just tuggin' your nuts Rab...have fun and ride safe. Maybe I will make it up there in the spring.
