Pretty sure this is going to keep the unsightly rust from coming back.
Got some drilled rotors, but they were rusting around the edges and in the beveled holes. Orange hi-temp paint solved the problem (I hope).

Hi Rick, not sure I get it..The top orange ones look good..What's with the red paint on the bottom pic, won't that paint initially hurt braking and eventually just come off onto the brake pads?

The pictures are just in reverse sequence. He painted them completely orange (bottom picture), then cleaned the disc surface leaving paint only in the holes and on the edges (to prevent rust in those areas).

Yup. That's correct. The pictures got reversed somehow. Instead of painting each individual hole, I just painted the entire surface and then sanded off the excess, leaving the paint only where I wanted it. The bottom pic does look a bit red, huh? But the paint I used is Chevrolet engine block orange. It's not a perfect match for my Orange Madness Slingshot, but it is VERY close to the color of the visible part of the OEM brake pads.

Yup. It's high-temp meant to paint engine blocks.

I used some Hi Temp paint from wally world and have not had any issues.
Had to primer, paint, clear coat then bake in the oven as per the directions. Worked just fine and the wifie did not care because oven was clean after the heat process.LC
