Ok - Aunt Jemima syrup bottle is racist, Uncle Ben’s Rice is racist, white guy on Rice Crispies and Monkey on Coco Puffs is racist. I have uncovered another injustice while at the grocery store yesterday. It is clearly racist for the amount of white milk for sale as opposed to chocolate milk. BLATANT RACISM - I demand equality!!!

Ok - Aunt Jemima syrup bottle is racist, Uncle Ben’s Rice is racist, white guy on Rice Crispies and Monkey on Coco Puffs is racist. I have uncovered another injustice while at the grocery store yesterday. It is clearly racist for the amount of white milk for sale as opposed to chocolate milk. BLATANT RACISM - I demand equality!!!

I would have said that one is a sign that means something is okay and the other is the sign of a well known militant organization who's name is demeaning to a particular type of large cat that is typically black

It's so easy to pinpoint where the start of the downfall of America began. As soon as inflation drove prices to the point where two incomes were needed to raise a family, typically the mother left the home to find a job. That left someone other than the kids parents to raise the kids. It wasn't bad when they were able to have grandpa and grandma fill in, but back in the 60's, that usually wasn't done. Once daycare came into play, you left the important part of teaching the kids discipline and morals to a "for profit company" that paid as low a wage they could for staff to watch the kids. Fast forward to today. The usual cry being heard is that teachers are underpaid. Of course they are. They wear soo many hats from teacher, police officer, babysitter etc. It would be nice knowing what the percentage of kids grew up in a 2 parent household in the 60's vs how many today. I'm sure that alone would point to lot of the issues.
and this is in no way saying that a single parent can't successfully raise a family. It's so dificault and those who do deserve a LOT more credit than they get

Just to add - - when one working parent was expected to support the household this was taken into consideration when determining wages. Employers wanted / needed to pay their employees what they required because if they didnt those employees would find a job that did. As spouses entered the workforce employers realized that they they could get away with paying less and giving fewer raises because they knew the household had a second income to help pay the bills
And yes I do agree that the demise of the stay at home parent being the family standard has been a major contributor to the downfall of our society
Oh - and just a bit of advice, if your spouse works and makes a really good income, don't talk about it around your employer - even if it is not intentional - having your boss know that your spouse brings home big bucks could very easily influence your next raise - - keep it to yourself they dont need to know

The Democrats want to do away with qualified immunity for police officers. I would imagine that would be the final nail in the coffin of LEO. The cops that remain or future hires will be out on the street making a split second “Do I take a chance on being ruined financially or do nothing”. At first glance you may think “do nothing” which is bad enough. The cop does nothing then gets sued anyway for neglecting his oath to protect the community facing financial ruin once again. I can vision lawyers salivating waiting to sue every PD in the country. The solution - choose another career!! I see there is a rumor going around the cops will strike on July 4th. If they do I fear the consequences!!

what’s happening now is a national SAT test to see if the curriculum in High schools and colleges has worked to dumb everyone down Enough or if it has to be changed....
