    Speaking of taxes... several Cities are now considering a Congested Area Tax which would then charge you on top of all the taxes to drive your vehicle an additional tax to drive in that city.     Noah Green of Indiana is the 25 year old person who rammed his car in to a barricade outside the Capitol compound today. Killing Capitol Police Officer William Evans and injuring another. He was shot and killed by another officer when he exited his car and lunged at them with a knife.


    Facebook posts seem to indicate he was a follower of the Nation of Islam and frequently posted content by Farrakhan.


    Sincerest condolences to Officer Evans family.
