Has anyone on here ever canceled their extended warranty? I'm thinking about and just wondering if anyone has was the refund worth it. I wasn't planning on modifications but now I am.
Canceling extended warranty?

i have many years ago after I invalidated it, the refund is prorated to the time remaining
-
they'll prorate you on whatever time is left on it and give you a refund, but I'd keep it if I were you. Mods will not necessarily void warranties. Even the forced induction mods are not voiding any non-engine related warranties. There's plenty of those issues so,,, Just sayin

I'm thinking of doing a built engine and a supercharger. Replace the clutch and suspension. So I don't know what would be let to warranty that they would cover and not blame for changes. I wasn't going to change anything at first and now I just want to wait til winter and do it all at once.

Right angle drive, axles, transmission, electrical, electrical, electrical, steering, electrical, leaks, and more leaks, and the ever present, electrical

Stop it @jorgebri60! I have no warranty left and can't get extended... So... I'm selling or attempting a VIN switch???

But you tried getting one didn't you

oh, and I forgot to mention Rear Bearings

Well, after y'all scared me... My angle drive is leaking...
-
we just "enlightened" you to one of the common problems we've experienced .

To be honest the thing i am most concerned with is the angle drive, there is nothing to replace it with other than another shitty polaris poorly assembled unit.

George, good examples but you forgot electrical...

I dabbled with this question before buying the extended back in January before my 2 years ran out. Despite being heavily modded I figured there's enough standard stuff that consistently has issues that it'd be worthwhile. Decent deals on the forum, glad I got it.

My warranty ends in 2 weeks and since the steering rack, all the ball joints have been replaced, & clutch cylinder cause of leaking all within 1st yr & half it'll pay for itself real quick. Just the a arms with ball joints is 600.00 for parts. So i just purchased from Ball Equipment
