Clock Mode
Tip: The clock must be reset any time the battery has been disconnected or discharged.
1. Turn the key to the ON position. Use the MODE button to toggle to the odometer
display.
2. Press and hold the MODE button until the hour segment flashes. Release the button.
3. With the segment flashing, tap the MODE button to advance to the desired setting.
4. Press and hold the MODE button until the next segment flashes. Release the button.
5. Repeat steps 3-4 twice to set the 10-minute and 1-minute segments. After completing the
1-minute segment, step 4 will save the new settings and exit the clock mode.
6. Turn the key to the OFF position.
no need for the accessory switch, just turn on the power switch, but don't crank the engine.
Push the fob, flip the switch. Once you have the panel lite up, you should be able to adjust the clock using the instructions. Make sure you have the odometer showing and not a trip meter.

Most of you that know me, what I am about to say will come to no surprise.
I was trying to do the reset while it was on the temp not odometer.. Yes I know I said I tried that, but my two brain cells finally aligned and told me I was an idiot.
Now we are all reset.
I did the same thing last week. After reading the instructions a couple more times, I found the odometer needed to be selected first.

Jim, next time all you have to do is disconnect the battery, and at midnight, reconnect it. The clock will display 12:00 and you'll be good to go.
now, for everyone who wants to really scare the passenger, at least here in the lower 48, just change your settings to show KPH the next time you take someone for a ride and point out the speedo to them. Loads of fun.
