If you have a good set of JRI and are happy with the ride leave them be!

Interesting, when questioned, TurboSling indicated at the time that it was per shock, guess there was a misunderstanding in there, thanks for clearing this up.

When in doubt you can always email JRI directly, any shop that you go through is going to have to sent them to JRI so might as well and cut the middle man and avoid that extra shipping charge.
Here is their website and what they charge for individual shock repair.

That link lists the service for 3-4 way adjustables at $125 per shock?
Double adjustable for $100 per shock?

you can tell them that you were told by Alpha that it was 200 for you set and they will honor it.

.
You don't have to send them to JRI to get re-built (and it will be years before that is needed, annually is usually only for competition use)
They have authorized shops who can re-build them or you can find vendors that do almost nothing else at most major tracks .....
When (if) the time comes a quick call to JRI and they will give you the closest location ....
With all the big wigs at JRI having come from the Penske engineering team I wouldn't be surprised if any shop that re-builds Penske shocks would service theirs .....
.....

Not sure if anyone is aware of this but you can go directly to DDM for JRI shocks
@Dave@DDMWorks can answer most of these questions
Here is the link to their page for shocks Suspension
