Calling into question the results is not "inciting". At no point did Trump make any statement that comes close to what has been said by left, such as when Maxine Waters called for the harassment of Trump staff and supporters.

I've always thought democrats are the sneaky ones, so I can believe they let this happen to prove a point, but Trump surely did his part to help or didn't help with his rhetoric.

OK - first of all Trump is now done as President. He has lost the majority of his political clout so leave him out. Whether or not you believe Trump did or didn’t incite the riot can be debated. Points are - the people that broke the law entering the Capitol are criminals and they have to take responsibility for their actions and pay the price. 2) it is obvious that LEO were ill prepared for the onslaught - how could they know what Trump was going to say minutes before the siege began. BLM had already had MANY violent confrontations with LEO all over the country so for a BLM law enforcement came ready to quell any violence. Finally - J Biden said BLM wouldn’t be treated the same - NO - he is right - how many BLM & LEO were killed at their protests - not as many as 5 dead in this lawless action.

Yeah, no .... the person who issued the orders has not resigned.
The Capitol Police have standing procedures to not act until the doors are breached, That is the same reason the protesters at the SC where not arrested during the Kavanaugh occupation of the grounds. Please also note there where very few arrests when protesters took over the Capitol office buildings that same week.
If it is "racism" that is being inferred by not having enough or proper barricades in place and officers to prevent incursion on to the Capitol grounds in the first place then here is the "racist" who directly made those decisions:

As far as the photo you posted. How many minutes in to the event was the left photo taken and how many days of 24 hour action before the second. Your graph also tells the story. There was only and escalation in arrests after 72 hours.

EDIT: Sorry, missed the comment about the NG. They where already there, unarmed and without gear in a strictly standby condition as per the Mayors request. Their gear was at their barracks 20 minutes away on a good day. They where also in their black civil action vests with full ID rather than camo so not to appear as a military force and reinforce their support role objective.
SUB EDIT: Please also know that there are three levels of enforcement here the closer you get ... DC Metro, Capitol Police, Secret Service, in that order.

And I've also tried to tell her that I was assuming their intent was not to escalate the situation so that's why the presence of officers, army, etc may have been low.
But yeah, if it's on the DC mayor or DC govt, I'm sure it was to "let's watch and see...". An event where they could say, "see? Trump..."
