10-4! I let him know. He hasn't heard from them. He told me its not as easy to install as a lot of other bolt on Mods with that issue.

Exhaust was quite loud got the insert installed and it has a nice sound to it now. Now If I can just get the replacement down pipe so I can get rid of the exhaust leak.

@Zx2sling Have you been contacted by us yet to get the pipe? If not I will make sure you get one going out to you asap. If you have contacted us, I can try and get a tracking number for you, let me know!
You guys did contact me. I wasn't able to talk though I did get your message. Mark from two brothers did send me another pipe however it's the same diameter to the one I have. I'm a bit confused as to what I need to do. I called him and left a message.

Saw this on EBAY
Polaris Slingshot Two Brothers S1R Cat Back Slip On Exhaust Muffler BLACK | eBay
So does this mean that the "Stainless Steel S-bend (new "Bell Housing" design)" has taken care of the fitment problems?
Good bump... What ever happened to this?

Dunno, it states new "bell housing" design not shown...
Would be interesting to see installed product.
I like the entertainment factor of the "Mad Max" movies, but I don't want the smoke pipe sticking up through the hood in front of driver side windshield for me.
Melted baffles and exhausts were the reason we stopped carrying and selling these!

Display MoreI don't have this system but the canister is the same they use on sport bikes so I just want to warn those who are not familiar with sport bikes exhausts and their somewhat frequent need for repacking.
As they go through heat cycles the heat/sound absorption packing will be consumed and the exhaust will get louder over time.
Repacking an exhaust is not hard but it is just another maintanence thing that you will have to do on most aftermarket sport bike exhaust.
The trade off is that you get a much better exhaust note and super light canister(weight savings) out of this type of exhaust.
I mention this because repacking exhaust is not something that is common on cars so some people might not be aware that is a thing and be really upset later on when they find out.
Sorry for quoting myself but I told you so..............
