Ha, I'm still waiting on a install video of the hood brackets.......
The wording on the directions is a bit fuzzy but if you just pull the hood off and look at the pics it starts to make sense. Only takes about 30 minutes at a leisurely pace and it really is a nice option.

Yes, I still plan to release them in the kit form and will do installs. At this time the only thing that has changed is the costumer base. Thanks

Installed the Slingshotonly hood buttons today. I've got the Anibel fenders which made it a little more difficult but no big deal. Couple of suggestions if you do these. I ran some safety wire through the washer that holds the spring and the spring itself to make sure I don't lose the springs. Also, prior to trying to finger the large nut on the bottom of the hood button, stuff some paper towel into the gap below the button so you don't lose the nut into the hood while starting it turning. Took it out on left lane of Interstate for test and it is rock solid, not even a hint of a shake.. Had it out yesterday on same road and if it flapped like a pelican on takeoff. Great improvement!

Yea, I'm kinda by myself no help.. So pulling the hood may present a challenge.

Nice note on the safety wire.

How long did it take you to install itAbout an hour, I was a little less than straight on one drill hole and had to do a light bend on one post and then rotate it till I got a click. Pretty straightforward install. I had to use a rubber and regular washer on top with a nut due to the Anibel fenders.

For sure you need. No easy way to do it alone.
