I have my hood aligned and all the spacing looks equal. But have a hard time opening. All my latches do release. What I hear is a rubbing noise (squeaking sound). Found the driver side front bracket rubbing the hood hinge and rub makes on the black plastic on the hood.
Any ideas on how to stop or correct this?

I use window/door insulation strip at point of contact. Stops the rubbing and noise. Obviously my hood is aligned and latches are lubricated.

I removed the bracket and made the holes 1/8" wider and shifted the bracket on the drivers side. I also push down on the latch while lifting the hood and it opens easily. If I just release the latch and try to lift the hood it sticks every time.
