Just looking for information from anyone that has replaced the clutch in their Sling. Looking at DDM works performance clutch (2 options street or track disc or ZZP's performance track clutch set-up. Any information or advice greatly welcomed. My Sling is supercharged that is why I need to replace the clutch. Some of the questions have to do with street versus track friction disk and how much if any difference in clutch pedal pressure/feel.

.....well I had to pull my engine due to me blowing my clutches up and I don't have a supercharger, I went with the performance clutch from DDM and man i wish that clutch was in there from the day i bought this toy, love it and i beat my sling up ( driving it hard ) that's why i bought it......pulling the engine was pretty much straight forward once you drain all the fluids, disconnect all the hoses & wiring. I built a special dolly stand and bolted down the engine to that while it was out.....

Still running a stock clutch in a 2015 Slingshot that was supercharged in 2016 and then upgraded with 95mm pulley in 2017 and other add-ons to complement the added HP.
I beat the piss out of this SS and have never had a slip or anything. It's been to Bill Scott Raceway (Summit Point) multiple times and track heat has no noticeable effect on it. The stock clutch is pretty stout even in the 400HP range when used properly or there isn't an unforseen mechanical failure.
I'll only replace the clutch when it begins to slip or I pull the engine for a rebuild.

.....it was a fun job for me, especially during the winter lol

WraithSS Mine slipped in third while going towards redline. It's not a question of if but when right now.
