I recall walking through Lowes and within the section that sells doors they sold roller's. Sometimes companies look to cut production costs down by using commercial off the shelf items already in production. If nothing else works out it may be worth a look.

So is that nylon with steel bushing ??? You could try McMaster Carr or if you need to make one from heavy nylon washer and make steel bushing from steel tubing and then flare the ends ..
Could look at closet overhead bushings Home Depot

.
Just eyeballing the size, a measurement would be helpful nailing it down... lots of variations of same to chose from.

......ok so what I found out today after going to Home Depot this afternoon was they have rollers but not the size I'm looking for, also these rollers that Twist Dynamics use on this top are made by Tok ...
https://tok-inc.com/en/products/index3.html
And these rollers have codes on em but havent been able to locate this exact one.....but after taking measurements I do see some that might work
https://www.ebay.com/itm/38298…et_ver=artemis&media=COPY
.....the only thing is these on ebay are not FLAT ROLLERS (as you can see in my pics, they are flat NOT with rounded edges) which are used on this top......I'm waiting to hear back from Twist Dynamics before I ordered this set off of ebay.....

....i have a Lowes near me but im almost sure they wont have what i need after going to Home Depot, i was in the closet section, door section, kitchen cabinet section...they have rollers but not this small with the ball bearings inside...........I even asked a person who worked there and when he asked me what's it for, I looked at him like WTF does it matter, do you have it or not.........I mean I could have said it's for my slingshot but then of course he'll say what's that, so why bother I was on a mission to find my bearing lol.....so I did a 180 and left

Was wondering why they would use a grooved wheel ?? on my phone the wear mark in the center looks like a groove. I see it's flat looking on my computer screen.
Will keep hunting.

Close, If it's not that critical you may be good to go with some spares! With the deterioration on the old rollers and assuming they worked overtime as they got to that point. May just be a good find!

I guess may be silly question... Could you make steel ones with bearing or bushing material instead of plastic ??

If the wheel is 7mm wide this seems to be the same 6mm bore with 22mm OD from a different brand ......

Our local ACE Hardware carries a lots of odd ball parts in a small town. Or maybe a Fastenal ... just thinking outside the box/ball.

Steel bushings would just make noise from bouncing on the track.....actually was looking for some made from polyurethane but no luck

I saw this also just didn't like the price for one, but it might be what I get as I want at least 4 if not more since thisTwist Dynamics top has about 30 rollers on it, so I need spare parts so I don't go thru this again
-
So go to google and put in Plastic Bearings and they show up and if you go to McMaster Carr and put in Plastic bearing you pick the size you want..

Hopefully they are better quality and won't fall apart like the bulk Tok bearings (could only find them in lots of 1K direct from China) ....
Good hunting.

....VXB seems to be my best bet to order from and i found one in BLUE ( my sling is black & blue ) also it's polyurethane and 9mm in width which is 2mm wider than what's on there and that could be a good thing for the location of the ones I'm replacing, more contact with the track.......the price still has me (with shipping $32 for just 2 of em) but i need em......also got an email back from SLINGSHOT ONLY, they offered to send me one and I'll pay the shipping but they didnt answer the most important question which was, what is the model # and where can i purchase them, one isnt enough....so I left a voice mail message on their phone.....

....this is a SAD country we live in when you can't place 2 BLUE bearings in a package to be shipped instead of placing 2 CLEAR bearings in the package, I could keep em because they will do the job BUT it's time for my ANAL self to be activated I see.........moral of this post.....I sent them back , give me 2 blue bearings that I paid for or refund me my $$$ but don't think for one minute your the only supplier in the world and I have to take what you give me ........now for some reason I feel they will send me a replacement of the same thing at which they will be refunding my $$$ & they will be free
-
.....well VXB responded by apologizing BUT again 2 small items, how can you confused that order is beyond me !
