Just looking at the truck before and after without being hooked to a trailer. It has brought the backend up about 1 to 1.5" higher. I had to tap them in place with a hammer so I knew they would change the height of the bed.
I drove it around today and it was much more stable at speeds over 60mph. Before it had a super soft slight rocking feel to it when going down the interstate at 85 to 95 mph. Now its rock solid and has nearly no movement at high speed.
They appear to be the best $200.00 I have spent to improve the raptor so far.

@rabtech, I couldn't help but notice that you said you had to jam it in place and it raised your ride height. Are you sure you mounted in the right spot? The video states, "make sure you have a 1/2 to 1 1/2 inch clearance. Those are made for when you're overloading your truck, not to be driven on daily.
