According to his post on TDS he has filed a law suit against Polaris on their use of his patient on the laser alignment equipment

Yeah ........ he threatened to sue (hasn't actually done anything) in a reply to a post that was over a year old, by a company that is no longer in business, about a product that has been in use for over a year, that has enough variables in design and implementation to not be an infringement ....
Or does he hold the infinite patent on lasers ..... or alignments ......

Last I saw he was going to have his patent attorney contact Polaris with a cease and desist order. This was Thursday morning. Nothing since then.

That battle will come down to who has the most money!
Been there done that and unless you are defending something that brings in more profit than what you have to pay the legal eagles you will most likely give up.It is hard to win against a big corporation with plenty of money and lawyers on staff.
