When I ordered my mine, the dealer said I wouldn't need the hoop speakers. I should have got them. Going to add some type of speakers in the hoops later. Next big purchase is the Welter duel exhaust.

Ya my dealer gets $140 a hour labor. Three hours to install speakers would be just not worth it.

Our 2021 R audio started acting up on the way home after picking it up from the dealer last October. Left hand foot well speaker started popping then would work intermittently. Left audio quit working entirely a few weeks later. Dealer replaced the amp under warranty in December. Still waiting on our roll hoop speakers to arrive, ordered Thanksgiving weekend.

Good Morning Derichio02. Finally got our speakers yesterday afternoon on our 2021 Stealth Blue R. Installation took around 45 minutes at home. It would have taken less if I had the correct sized spanner on hand. Had to do some grinding to make my 2.5" wrench fit the locking ring on the fuel filler neck. Makita 1/4" impact driver and torx bit set made easy work out of everything. I was happy to see there were already square holes cut for the speaker wires to pass through. Took a little patience to hook up the driver side plug due to space, but all in all easy job that saved $354.75 if the dealership had done it.
This is a very simple install and I would in no way pay $330 to have it installed. The wiring and connectors are already there, its not like they are installing an amp or running new power or speaker wires. Based on your comment above you could get this done in less time than what they are quoting you :).

I went to the dealers yesterday to get my 500 mile checkup. While I was there, the parts an told me my speakers came in Friday.Rockford Fosgate stage 3 in Neon Fade. I hope to get them on this week.

Check on Ebay or Amazon for a set of heated seat covers. Inexpensive and work great. One thing if you plug them into the cigarette socket between the seats remember to unplug them so you don't drain the battery.

I bought a seat pad that has heat and a fan hanging down in front of the seat so it can heat or cool. Unfortunately, Amazon no longer carries them. A slightly different version can be found on EBay - https://www.ebay.com/itm/284456261897.

I installed the Rockford Fosgate Stage 3 speakers last night. The Slingshot had the square cutouts for the plugs. It took me about an hour. The hardest part was getting my hands in to plug in the wires. The speakers sound great and they're pretty loud.

Personally, I feel the behind the head Roll Hoop speaker location is the best choice for the Slingshot. Puts the noise just where you need it.
