For those of you with the meters. Where did you mount it? I'm leaning towards the center tunnel for accessibility, but that means I have to drill through the finished trim.
Here is the on I bought.

On my boats I use the ones that plug in to the cigarette lighter.
Held by double sided tape
I've got a dual battery setup thus the two reading. Also a couple of extra switches there.
Since I didn't have a stock radio, I created my own radio panel and originally included a round marine radio, a Volt meter, a storage tube and my Innovate SCG-1 AFR/Boost gauge. I later redid the panel and moved the AFR/Boost gauge to a separate gauge pod under the driver side dash cover near the ignition switch.
Here's the radio panel with my old Planet Audio PGR35 radio -
And here's where I have the AFR/Boost gauge -
My newer Lanzar AQR80B round marine radio that also supports a video display input for a camera can also be seen in the pic.
A piece of 1/8" ABS sheet could be bent into an L-shape and then the Volt meter could be installed under the dash cover or similar location.
that is a great thought. I was thinking about making an L shape under the dash after looking at the other posts. I just found they make these as rocker panels. I'm going to see if that will fit if not I'll do the L shape under the dash.
1/8" ABS & 1/8" Kydex (commonly used to make knife sheaths and pistol holsters) can be heat formed. ABS glue can also be used to join pieces when fabbing a bracket. Watch some How-to Videos on YouTube.

I made mine from a electrical box. It's a shallow wall box with the holes cut into the bottom for the switches and voltmeter.
I will never turbo mine but if I did I would 3D print a mount.

Pics? It would be nice to see what you did.
BKL sorry but I didn't take any pics when making it and the pic I posted was the only one I had showing it. Next time I'm in the shop I'll try to remember to get a good pic.
I can tell you it's just a standard blue switch box. I think they're 2×4 and this one is about an inch deep. The cavity faces forward so you're looking at the bottom of the box.
BKL I started with a box like this but made of plastic
I removed the ears and cut a couple of notches in what would be the top. Then cut holes in the bottom for switches and voltmeter
This is the best I could do on a rear view
( que Tripod )
I know the bottom switch is crooked!
(Don't judge me )
Hope this gives someone some ideas
Ha guess I do still need mine even with the new wide side mirrors. Knew there was a reason to leave it on the post.
had to cut out the stock blank, but it turned out ok and I get more usb
