I installed a new NRG shorth hub, NRG Quick Release and steering wheel. I followed the install video from Slingmods. Now, when I turn the wheel, the horn goes off. It will sound off even when the steering wheel is not attached and I turn the hub. Any ideas what could be going on?

Sounds like clock spring to me. You could also look at the horn wires and make sure sure they are not shorting across to each other making the horn blow. The Dorman 525-108 will work you just have to change to ends.

I'll 2nd that, either way it's coming off

I never rotated the clock spring more that 45 degrees either way from center. I'm planning on pulling the short hub off again this afternoon, and put some heat shrink on the horn wires.

Sure, you have a crossed wire in there somewhere that closing the circuit and sending power to the horn. You may have to disassemble your steering column a bit to find it, but when you do, it's a pretty easy fix.

Dealer was able to fix it when I went in for my recall fix. Just had to do some rerouting of the horn wires.. Charged me for only 30 mins shop time so Im happy.
