The CAT delete will not give you much in the way of fumes either. It only deletes one of two CATs in the stock system. There is one in the muffler also. That one will still take care of the fumes from what I've experienced.

I did the cat delete early on and never had a problem with the fumes. I also still used the stock muffler with the cat delete and far as I am concerned it is still the best sounding exhaust out there. That low down growl.
ok I did something totally different. I still have the down pipe cat but opened up my stock exhaust and added more bypass holes and this included around the second cat in the muffler (why that damn thing gets so hot). Like @FunCycle I am really liking the sound and response for really money other than my time.
It has the lower tone and burble I like.
