I like it Tom! Maybe some day someone will Fab it.
.
Adding to your list ....
No more ABS
No more stability control
No more traction control
No more belt guard
No engineering/strength/longevity testing
While I do not agree with the "More Beauty" comment I did seriously consider this option solely for the sprocket side bearing arrangement ..... until I looked into it further .... unfortunately not ready for prime time and development/sales seems to have stopped.

Someone did over a year ago and then just kinda dropped it ......

I remember seeing that post, guess it was too much of an issue too continue.

I woukd think that the bearing that has the magnetic sensor in it could be added in the tube or at least one that could mimic that effect could be added... That would fix the problems noted on 1, 2 , and 3.

Unfortunately, for unknown reasons, this seemingly straightforward solution was not effectively integrated in the swingarm or quad kit ...

carol & i agree with RABTECH, that a sensor could be added that would give you
ABS
Stability Control
Traction Control
and we are sure that a Belt Guard could be fabricated

Waiting to see how the replacement looks it should address a lot of the problems of the originals ( I hope )

I'm thinking it will be identical to the original one. They are just addressing a weakness that was found in the original swingarms. I don't even think they are changing the bearings to a different type...
That is quite typical and the reason I won't wast my time taking it into a dealer. It has made it two seasons and I have a grease zerk so fuck Polaris!
