Had a 2018, sadly sold it. Looking to buy a 2023. Do the newer models suffer from the same passenger compartment heat issues as the early models?

I'm running a 2016 and have 109,000+ miles of smiles in it. I understand that some of the new Slingshots have a vent on the passenger side that can be opened. I have set up a funnel and and shop vac hose to bring air into both sides of the slingshot --- works great for me.

My Sling I and also Sling II have double vents on both sides. One is the store bought that goes on the tub and actually works if you are not running the front fender/splash guard. The other is home made and works better.

I should probably take some pictures and post a script of what I did.

I have no idea how many pictures of mine have been taken, but have. seen no one copy what I have done. The thing is that it works. I tried around 6 different ways to get air in the cockpit before this.

No, much more heat shields installed at the factory and the passenger side vent have helped very much.
