Recently found out my 2020 R is still under factory warranty for another couple weeks.
It's says I still have the option to purchase an extended warranty...
Not sure what is included?
Would anyone have knowledge if this would be a good investment?

I'm generally not one to buy warranties, but for the Slingshot I do believe it's a good investment. You want to get the full Polaris warranty, but like all insurance price is negotiable. I would say buy from your local dealer but know that you can buy from any dealer and all have to honor it. this dealer has been offering a discount for years. I am also not one to buy extended warranties.. but for the Slingshot I did... I don''t know how many miles you have but some of the ProStar engines developed problems between 15 and 20k... (some sooner). For the 50$ deductible one would have to pay for the engine to be replaced I would say well worth the bucks... I also have a 2020R and have truly had no problems.
Funny thing with warranties, is that they were a good investment if you needed it. Otherwise yer pissn' in the wind with yer gold!

I never buy warranties' either, but I did on my 2015 SL. The reason being, it was a new untested product to the market. I would get the warranty just because of the Prostar engine and I know nothing about them.
2015 110k on the clock and never would have used an extended warranty. I would not buy one. All my work has been done due to recalls.

Becarefull with warranty!!!! Only get the extendend waranty from Polaris. Fix My Toys is a Polaris dealer that offer a discounted price ... and it will be honored by any dealer or go to your nearest dealer and make a deal. I personally would go to my dealer for the deal....they all can discount. Fix my Toys OEM Powersports Parts & Accessories

Who is offering the four year warranty? I could only find a three-year warranty extended that is.

I don't think that Polaris offers a 4yr plan... You get a 1yr when you buy and can extend it by 2yr while the 1yr is still in force -- total 3yr. Thats the way it was, some things may have changed.

I know that most of you know that I deal with Neilsen's in Lake Villa, IL. 120 miles one way for an oil change but they take real good care of me. Get to know a good dealer and dealer tech and they will take good care of you. Bu11sh1t takes his Slingshotsssssssss all to Lake Villa for service.

yep, this is what I did as well
for me the best part of the extended warranty was that it reimbursed for a rental car the one time I had to leave my Slingshot at the dealer - it was the only time I went back to the dealer for any work - when my first battery died I thought I would let them put a new one in because there were also some recalls. Took them a week to get it done so the rental car came in very handy - never took it back to them again. since then all work has been done by me.
