The first ones that I made were for the 1967 Corvette, the wife was also 5 ft. I cut two pieces of 2 x 4 to fit and screwed to the clutch and the brake pedal.
FunCycle didn't want Brenda driving to fast , so NO extension for the gas pedal.

I added something else to the Play Room. I now have Motor Trend TV
You are turning into a 'MOTORHEAD'
I know just sitting on the couch pissin’ in the wind. This whole thing is under my skin. But at least our governor still, after 43 days has good hair! How does he do it with all the salons closed?? Incredible!
Two weeks ago the Chicago Mayor posted a picture (salons all closed) with her and her hair girl getting her hair done.
BryanL hope tomorrow is a great day.
Am I the only one having issues with the dashboard this morning? Doesn't seem to be updating...last activity 10 hours ago.
Hey rabtech don't know what up
I'm on desk top and seems to be working fine. about to head out to work...
I love it. My wife and I purchased this phone at an antique store. The grandkids are amazed. We call the number and talk. It's fully functional!
Have you seen the 'Utube' thing where a older gentleman gave a couple of kids a dial phone and and phone number and 10 min to make a call...did not happen!
Display MoreIt was a wrench day with the Captain!
First thing this morning we found that the Jaguar was dead as a door nail. (Ahem... someone left the lights on...) Captain wanted to jump it herself, with a Jag, this isn't as easy as it sounds. The battery is hidden away (we still don't know where). Auxiliary charging terminals are in two separate compartments in the boot (Brits don't say "trunk")
With that done, UPS van rolls up with tractor 🚜 parts. "Wanna help?"
"Sure!" She says.
"Don't take my picture!"
Explained that we have to... no one will believe me otherwise.
"Fine. Just pass me that ratchet!"
We replaced the drive-over ramps on the quick-connect mower deck. The new ones allow you to lift the deck just as you would the front bucket. Wonderful for maintenance!
With the deck up, we were able to scrape out a 3-inch coating of dead grass and get the blades changed. The Ranch is atop Round Mountain, no more than 3 inches of soil anywhere and rocks poking out all over the place. This joint beats the heck out of mower blades!
Once that was done, we took advantage of having the deck off to adjust the hydraulic lift for the deck. Everything much improved, but then it started raining 🌧 so no chance to test out the mower & new blades.
All in all, a fun day with my new wrenching partner!
Did you get the Jaguar started?
I check the boxes on the list of folks most likely to die if they contact this virus. That being said I am beginning to fear the economic depression that may be left in it’s wake more than the virus itself. Either get the virus and die quick or possibly starve to death in the future - destitute. All we can do is hope for the best - anyone else with happy thoughts today
Georgia and I are healthy and I'm working every day....just fighting with the tax man...
Just so you know, these are all tires we are talking about. No matter the HP or how it works (turbo or supercharger) the bottom line is if you can get traction. That was my first response, assuming you don't know about any of it, and that's all good.
If you do and you are trolling, well, I have a much better response, but I'll keep that to myself for the time being!
Roadhawg might not know all the answers but not a 'troll'... We've had some good conversations. Brent hope all is going well in your area.
If I found six Slingshots anywhere in the state of Arizona, I'd be amazed! 😂
I know that there is a dozen Slingshots in La Porte County, Indiana....very seldom do I see one on the road. I've probably ridden 45,000 miles in La Porte County so people see mine all over the place. Most of the others just don't get them out much.
My wife always asks me, why does it take 15 mins to drive to work and an hour to drive home? ...lol 😉
If She had control of the Slingshot it would probably take 2 hours to get home and She would want you to have supper fixed.
Went to see a customer and her daughter, Mom didn't like to color 'she' picked out.
So Monday we repaint the house two coats with a darker gray. Mom and daughter both like. Daughter covering cost of the color change. When that was all done it had warmed but enough for Georgia to want to get out for a little ride -- about 30 miles around La Porte County. Good Day.
HI TO ALL
SO FAR TODAY, WAS HAPPY TO FINALLY GET THIS SITE UP AND GOING. TODAY GOING TO FINISH LIGHTS, HOPE TO RIDE BUT RAIN IS COMING. YESTERDAY I INSTALLED SOME LED LIGHTS BY MY SEATS, AND CLEAR UNDER THE DASH. SO FAR LOOKING GOOD.
Welcome to the "World of Slingshot Insanity" Lots of good people here, with lots of good stuff to share, and just a liitle 'BS' form time to time. Northern Indiana here and Sun is out and temps going above 50 so I will be out a little this pm.
Edward Neal have the Indians thought about curbside service for their casinos? They could send a dealer out to your car to take your money...
They are going to get the dollar_icon.gif,dollar_icon.gif,dollar_icon.gif,00 any way just a little less contact.
It still doesn't make any sense that liquor stores have shelves full of their product while grocery stores have bare shelves where toilet paper and paper towels used to be
The liquor delivery boys are working 'over time'.
Display MoreFinally getting the SS back on the road since we are all stuck at home. I have the Trakhamr kit and just got done installing the supercharger from DDM.
I’m worried I’m not going to be able to get this thing to stop, I’ve installed the DDM master cylinder bracket, and just got done manually bleeding the breaks all the way around including the ABS distribution block.
My peddle still feels like crap to me, anyone else have this issue and resolve? I’ve reached out to both Troy and Dave asking the same. Don’t want to throw a big break kit all the way around unless I’m 100% sure that’s it’ll make a true difference.
Any help or advice is appreciated.

Jeff welcome to the "World of Slingshot Insanity" When you use the @ before a forum name that sends a notice to that person. FunCycle would be the one to talk to about breaks. (The way he drives we accuse him of not using them) A not notch driver anyplace you put him. With the @ he will respond. On some of the Slingshot getting the break bleed has been a FUN job. Good Luck and Welcome.
Seagulls (aka flying rats) are a protected species. Ask any coastal area fisherman.
This time of year we see them by the thousands as the corn & bean farmers are planting.
Finally got the rear fender! I like 😁
Is that the Polaris fender?
Don't think they are protected!
