Driver of the car was 82. Her insurance adjuster said she doesn’t remember anything.....my buddy said then why is she still driving?

I hope the police recommend revoking her license....permanently...

I would want to know if she just has memory problems, or was the lack of memory from hitting her head in the accident? I have known people who should have stopped driving in their 50's and I have known people who were excellent and skilled drivers past the age of 90
